1. Q: Can I get one sample to test first?
A: Yes, you can buy one sample, sample price should add 7% based on our price list.
when next time you have bulk order, we will refund you the price difference.
2. Q: Can you do OEM / ODM for customers?
A: Yes we provide full OEM & ODM service, Logo design, carton box design, cabinet design, even customers need logo shown on woofer, our engineer can design per your request.
For logo sticker, usually we require 300-500 pieces stickers.
For carton box design, usually we require 100PCS cartons (1 color printing).
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For popular products, usually we have stock, not require MOQ.
For not-popular products or those we stopped producing, we may require 30-50PCS MOQ.
For OEM or ODM products, please see Question No. 2.

4. Q: How about your lead time?
A: After confirm received your deposit, for bulk order, need 25-30 days; for stock goods, only need 3-7 working days!
